Responsible for full end-to-end recruitment life cycle in permanent • Sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling, co-ordination, follow up.• Conducting pre-interview with the candidate.• Detailed analysis of the requirements, understanding the requirement specification.• Actively responding on the queries of candidate and client over phone. • Maintain MIS and database of candidates.• Handling entire walk-in.• Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements from Clients. • Sourcing profiles through referrals, social networking sites and portals • Evaluating the candidates’ job stability • Interacting with the candidate, checking their availability. Setting up an interview with the client. • Sharing the JD with the candidate and making him as client desire candidate.• Providing interview feedback to candidates. • Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date
