>> Hands-on experience in onboarding of new customers and Execute Mutual fund transactions>> Hands-on experience in handling UHNI clients, providing market intelligence to them, solving customer queries and keeping clients updated on investments.>> Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors.>> Ensure adherence to SEBI and AMFI requirements.>> Manage operational procedures, compliance, and risk policies.>> Lead Compliance projects (CKYC, SI, etc.) Develop efficient operational processes. Implement, and maintain quality assurance processes.>> Hands-on experience in developing automated excel sheets to cop up with the operational activities of the firm such as tracking of employee activity, pending payments and payments received from clients, automated invoicing, quickly sort the work done on a particular project etc.>> Hands-on experience in using tools like PowerBI and Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power Point.>> Track staffing requirements and hire as needed using various tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.>> Establish policies and procedures for proper business operations.>> Manage cost and income dynamics for better profitability>> Working capital management. Mainly Account receivables and payables.>> Support and develop other business segments.>> Oversee materials, inventory, and safekeeping of assets.>> Book keeping and petty cash handling.>> Explore additional products and services.>> Undertake new responsibilities assigned by management.>> Adhere to company policies and procedures.
