Contribute to the Internal Audit (IA) function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks in order to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Responsibilities:Participate in opening meetings with client to explain the scope and objectives of the audit engagement and provide an overview of all steps in the audit process.Develop a detailed understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives.Identify and document inherent risks and controls within the business processes.Develop a risk based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approach, test procedures and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with professional standards and IA methodology.Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.Identify and document the control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.Propose, practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.Participate in closing meetings with client at the end of fieldwork, providing clear explanations for identified issues.Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit reportAdditional Responsibilities:Coordinator for communicating and collaborating across various functions,Arrange periodic GRC meetings, uploading and archiving relevant information for GHQ GRC.Arranging conference calls, team meetings, workshops and interviews.Provide administrative support and assistance to the line manager and colleagues for various tasks.

 Responsibilities:Closely monitoring and verifying the accounts and maintaining the books of accounts.Bank reconciliation on daily basis.Manage monthly general ledger posting & closing, passing necessary journal entries to make system more accountable.Primary contact point with Banks, Vendors and other Business Partners.Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.Collecting reports from all branches for reconciliation and payment advice.File maintenance.Make payments to branches and suppliers and advising about receivables.Passing necessary provisional entries relating to finance expenses.

File maintenance/ Record keeping (experience on InvestWell software).Provide administrative support and assistance to customers and colleagues.
