In 2023, I participated in expert group meetings convened in Thailand, Kenya, Austria, and India. Throughout these sessions, I presented the viewpoints of the youth on forestry matters and actively contributed to discussions on diverse intervention topics, including sustainable forest management, livelihood, and community-related issues. Additionally, I successfully led a youth delegation to the 18th UNFF session in New York, where I organized a side event and conducted numerous meetings with stakeholders. Through these endeavors, I played a key role in ensuring that the contributions of young individuals are properly acknowledged and recognized within the global forest policy framework.

I provide technical support for monitoring and managing peatland and mangrove ecosystems, including emission factors. I facilitate liaison and coordination efforts with various partners and stakeholders, such as national Ministries, technical agencies, civil society, and academia, while also expanding related networks. I am tasked with conducting an independent case study on peatland policy, practice, and monitoring approaches. My responsibilities extend to supporting capacity development planning, activities, and related assessments, as well as creating knowledge materials and reports to ensure a lasting impact. I actively contribute to technical aspects of publications and briefs, such as analyzing Indonesian climate and land-use documents, including Nationally Determined Contributions and Long-term low greenhouse gas emission development strategies, as well as other policies, decrees, and communications. I am also involved in organizing and facilitating online events, workshops, and consultations.

I took on the responsibility of ensuring the high-quality implementation of a project, providing leadership and supervision for activities conducted across three provinces in Kalimantan and Sumatera. I played a crucial role in preparing comprehensive project reports and work plans focused on peatland restoration. Additionally, I developed and maintained project records, including databases, reports, and records of decisions.Coordination and implementation of project-related activities on peatland restoration were integral parts of my role. I developed and maintained proactive, positive, and professional relationships with key government officials at both national and local levels, partner organizations, civil society organizations, donors, and the national and international media. I collaborated closely with the DPG National Project Manager and Communication and stakeholder relations expert to ensure responsible media coverage of program events.My responsibilities extended to overseeing that all project-related administrative tasks were fulfilled, including data record management, correspondence, and event support. Recognizing the importance of capacity building, I provided necessary training in administrative and procedural requirements.Furthermore, I supervised a team consisting of two Provincial Coordinators, four Field Officers, and 65 village facilitators, ensuring their productivity and growth in contributing to the project's success. Overall, my experience demonstrates a track record of successfully managing and leading multifaceted projects, focusing on quality implementation and fostering positive relationships at various levels.

I played a role in implementing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system for the grant under the guidance of the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. My responsibilities involved overseeing project implementation at both district and sub-district levels in Riau Province, ensuring alignment of outcomes with the measurement framework and tools, and updating the online project monitoring system for progress updates and implementation planning.In addition, I actively supported the regular progress reporting process, collected data for project teams' result indicators, and verified and documented progress towards deliverables, milestones, and results through the M&E system. Working closely with technical and field staff, I ensured the accuracy, relevance, integrity, and timeliness of collected data, thereby verifying project progress and achievements. I took charge of managing project data, including documentation, knowledge products, and other outputs. Furthermore, I contributed to outcome and impact evaluations for the program, providing support for baseline, midline, and end-line data collection efforts.

In my capacity, I contributed to the monitoring and evaluation initiatives of the Community Based Natural Resources Management (CBNRM) project, consistently engaging in the thorough review and analysis of the CBNRM Grants Progress Report. I successfully conveyed the lessons learned throughout the project cycle to the Grant Program Manager. My responsibilities included overseeing the collection of all pertinent supporting documents related to project achievements and ensuring their seamless integration into the data and information system through standardized documentation procedures.I systematically aggregated monthly qualitative and quantitative data into the system as needed. Additionally, I collaborated with more than 15 national experts and consultants, addressing a spectrum of project-related issues. I also provided technical assistance to the grantee's team members in the areas of monitoring, data collection, and reporting.

I participated in estimating the carbon storage of the mangrove ecosystem at PT BUMWI in Papua. This encompassed collecting data on the forest biomass of mangrove ecosystems, analyzing the importance value index, and estimating carbon levels within the mangrove ecosystem. Additionally, I presented and discussed the research results, reported findings and data regarding the carbon storage of the mangrove forest, and took part in forest patrolling and monitoring activities, which involved identifying various biodiversity aspects within the mangrove ecosystem.
