CLIENT: DAMAC, NAKHEELWORK:Mainly focused on maintenance of MEP, Civil works. To detect and make solutions in a building faults, Procurement and making reports daily based on the site works to the higher officials.

PROJECT: AL SAMA TOWN HOUSE [ TOWN SQUARE DUBAI]LOCATION: AL QUDRA, DUABICLIENT: NSHAMACONSULTANT: ARIF&BINTOUKWORK; The project was of 264 Arabic villas around an area. The main job role assigned to me is to look after the finishing stage works and to Hand over the finished villas and make the approvals from consultant. The main area of my job was snagging , deep cleaning , painting works , carpentry works , finding and making solution for the faults in the constructed buildings and make reports day to day and submit to the higher authorities.
