As an Area Sales Supervisor at Metal Testing Gemological Laboratories (MTGL), I oversee the sales operations and training of a team of gemologists and jewelry experts. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the gemological testing and certification services, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners in the jewelry industry. I have a strong background in jewelry training and business development, having worked as a Senior Jewelry Trainer at Jawhara Jewelry and a Sales Training Specialist at Marei Binmahfouz Group, two of the largest and most reputable jewelry retailers in the region. I hold two bachelor's degrees, one in Public Relations from University of Science and Technology - UST, and one in Physics from Hadhramout University of Science and Technology. I also have multiple diplomas and certifications from GIA (Gemological Institute of America), The De Beers Group of Companies, Jawhara Academy, and ECDL / ICDL Certification. I am an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) approved trainer, and I have trained more than 500 Saudi national employees in various aspects of jewelry retail, such as security and vigilance, anti-money laundering, communication and selling skills, luxury sales, and POS systems.
