I worked as a Staff in Group of Assessment and Implementation of Regional Economic and Financial Policies (KEKDA) at Bank of Indonesia Jakarta. In this role, I coordinated with stakeholders to increase transaction volume within the program aimed at controlling regional inflation, particularly in food commodities. I conducted assessments and analyses of the local economy and promoted investment through the Regional Investor Relations Unit (RIRU) to support the monetary policies of Bank Indonesia. My experience equipped me with a solid understanding of inter-regional trade dynamics and analytical and promotional skills to support strategic decision-making and policy implementation.

I was a dedicated staff in the Divisi Pengembangan UMKM at Bank Indonesia, where I played an integral role in supporting the growth of Bank Indonesia DKI Jakarta-supported micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). My responsibilities included marketing, production, and digital development aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of assisted MSMEs under Jakarta region and improving their access to finance to ensure stability in the financial system. I collaborated closely with stakeholders throughout DKI Jakarta to promote entrepreneurship and the growth of the sharia economy. Additionally, I served as the Person in Charge (PIC) for Sistem Informasi Monitoring Program Ketahanan Pangan (SIKEPANG) and Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan (SIAPIK), responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data from each MSME to support their financial recording.

As a Quality Control professional at Mitsubishi Car Plant, I provided analysis and measurement of dimensional accuracies (welding, stamping, 3D measurement) and delivered effective countermeasures to improve accuracies in other divisions. I monitored and managed the work results and processes of plant workers to ensure they met the highest standards of quality. I demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, working closely with colleagues from different departments to build and maintain inter-functional relationships. I also managed multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality work.

During my internship at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Jawa (PHE ONWJ) in Cilamaya, I was involved in the analysis and maintenance of double stage centrifugal pump. Through this experience, I gained valuable knowledge in mechanical engineering and equipment maintenance, as well as hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry.
