The ISCOMICE 2024 conference focuses on international discussions on the latest trends in the global Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. The conference offers plenary and breakout sessions that facilitate collaboration among speakers, academics, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge and plan for the future of the MICE industry. With the theme "Accelerate the Growth of Quality Tourism Through the MICE Industry," ISCOMICE 2024 highlights the vital role of the MICE industry in supporting the growth of quality tourism following the challenges posed by the pandemic.As a registration staff member involved in event preparation, I successfully gathered 280 participants from various universities, associations, and businesses, both international and national. I also drafted and sent email blasts to participants and presenters and created a registration flow to facilitate easy access to information regarding the registration process. Additionally, I managed the official website to promote the event and enhance its visibility while streamlining participant registration. I also prepared a cooperation agreement with the website developer to ensure that all requirements and responsibilities were clearly documented.

CraftopiArt Exhibition is an exhibition of creative artworks showcasing art pieces in the form of digital art and modern crafts. With the campaign #BerkaryaBersama, visitors are encouraged to create without limitations.As a sales (exhibitor) staff member, my responsibilities included successfully gathering over 150 potential exhibitors in an up-to-date database and developing effective marketing strategies through email and social media to communicate with potential exhibitors. I also successfully secured 8 exhibitors for the pre-event and main event, including 2 out of 5 targets for the event at Snday Coffee, Bogor. During the main event, I served as the PIC for 5 brands, ensuring the exhibitors' needs were met throughout the event.

Singkat Berbudaya 2024 was held under the theme "Pestanya Kite, Gaya Kite" This theme represents Short Culture 2024 as a Betawi community celebration, which took place on January 20, 2024, in Setu Babakan, South Jakarta.As a risk management staff, my duties include identifying potential risks that could impact the event, analyzing 70 risks to determine their probability and impact, and developing over 75 solutions to address them. I also designed a risk management strategy to effectively manage at least 80% of the risks. During the event, I implemented preventive measures and continuously monitored risks to ensure the event's success.

Kuliah Umum MICE is a annual event held in semester 2. This project is carried out for 3 days which discusses the MICE industry recovery strategy after the pandemic and the role of the MICE industry in boosting the economy after the pandemic.As a Registration Staff, my duties included developed and managed a registration system using Google Forms, processing 170 participant registrations. I collaborated with the promotion division to market the registration form via email blasts, social media, and the event website, and worked with relevant teams to promote it to schools, especially tourism departments. I organized the registration flow for internal, external, media, and VIP participants, ensuring a smooth process. Additionally, I assisted with ticket verification and coordinated ticket distribution, ensuring participants were well-guided throughout the registration process at the venue.
