Hello, I'm Bintu Kabba, an experienced professional in the field of education with 19 years of diverse experience. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals and fostering their growth and development.I started my journey in education as an assistant teacher at charter schools in Washington DC. This experience allowed me to understand the dynamics of the classroom and the importance of quality education. I later served as a youth development coordinator at the West Philadelphia Boys and Girls Club, where I had the opportunity to facilitate engaging programs and support the holistic development of young people.Additionally, I worked with the epilepsy foundation of Pennsylvania, where I gained valuable insights into special education, youth retreat planning, and inclusion practices. Teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic further deepened my passion for literacy and introduced me to the MAP testing system while working at Mastery Charter School in Philadelphia. I am currently a teacher and MAP Coordinator at Valley Forge Academy of Qatar.Beyond my professional roles, I have also been actively involved in community service. I volunteered in Koforidua, Ghana, where I organized youth conferences and facilitated workshops for teenagers. This experience broadened my global perspective and reinforced my commitment to empowering young individuals worldwide. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Howard University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. In 2016, I founded my own educational company, Global Youth Consulting LLC, which focuses on adult and youth wellness retreats, community outreach, mentorship, assessment and program development, and educational collaboration.I am deeply passionate about creating positive change in education, particularly in diverse communities. I strongly believe in the power of education to transform lives and I am committed to advocating for equitable access to quality education for all.Let's connect and collaborate to make a difference in the lives of young learners and the communities we serve.
