Manpower planning, recruiting, screening and selecting the candidates. Conducting of induction training programmes for newly joined employees. Handling Employee Grievances.Driving organizational development initiatives including Career Planning initiatives, Exit Interviews, and Attrition Analysis.Responsible for all legal, governmental and statutory regulations like PF, ESI, Statutory records as per the Factory Act and Contract Labour Act.Obtaining Labour License under Factories Act, 1948 & Registration certificate under Contract Labour Act, 1970, etc and further renewals.Preparation and maintenance of Labour Records like muster roll, leave registers, register of fine, register of advance, overtime register, accident register, damage & loss register, preparation of safety committee reports, preparation of accident reports & submitting the quarterly, half yearly & annual returns as per the Employment Exchange Act, Factories Act, 1948, Contract Labour Act, 1970 as applicable. Ensuring compliance of all Labour Legislation like Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, Contract Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, Employees State Insurance Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum wages Act, and maintaining all its records.Ensure timely submissions of all reports, forms, and records to all relevant external and internal departments.Preparation, scrutiny and clearing of agreements pertaining to HR, contracts and others specified areas by the management.Conducting exit interviews, preparation of attrition analysis, preparation of monthly HR MIS. Responsible for Performance appraisal of employees. Enforcement of disciplinary action, Warning Letters, Show cause notice and further process for inquiry proceedings, Agreement, negotiation for Salary/ Wages
