Building on my strengths, honing my skills, and building meaningful relationships while working in cross-functional teams, I advanced through various functions ranging from production engineering and project management to supply chain management, scheduling, and product development. Currently, I am really excited about this new growth journey I have started - in Customer Experience/Success with a new team and plenty of opportunities.The roles have been varied and multi-disciplinary. Here are a few things that could help paint a clearer picture.▶️ As a liaison officer, I learned of the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. Stephen Covey was right - ❝Nothing is as fast as the speed of trust.❞▶️ With a penchant for problem-solving and holding onto the "there's-always-a-better-way-to-do-things" mantra, I searched for and executed process improvement tasks at every juncture.▶️ I am highly data-driven.
