• PROJECT ENGINEER AT MAADEN ALLUMINIUM [ Feb 2016 to still]CONTRACTOR : NASSER S AL HAJRI CORPORATION (NSH),Provide engineering and maintenance support for day by operation, Project engineer for capital projects for address EHS issues; improve the equipment reliability, Quality, Process stability, and major maintenance upgrades, Heavy lifting plans and execution. Successfully released a lot of projects following the schedule, budget and quality requirements Manage and installation and commissioning of equipment in MAADEN ROLLING MILL SPECIFICALLY: - Installation of wear pad under the scalper bed , scalper bed upgrade, Trimmer chopper upgrade, Chip conveyors, Emulsion filters , preheat furnace, overhead crane maintenance platforms and utility’s piping works (Natural gas ; plant water, compressed air and oil), Auto sheet coil transfer car, Pit slitter maintenance , Hot mill transformer enclosure installation, Chemical storage facilities. Maintenance works in MAADEN CAN RECYCLING AREA: - Blade breaker, Shredders, Storage silos, Conveyors, Rotary furnace maintenance activity’s, Rotary and dross furnace maintenance activities. Maintenance works in MAADEN CRBON AREA: - Furnace soul plate installation, Transfer car Engineering design and supply, EOT crane installation, Bay Station Ladle Skimming Treatment Ladle Weigh Bridge Modification work, Sliding door repairing work , Manage the installation of H2S scrubber . Maintenance works in MAADEN REDUCTION AREA: - Mange the welding of overhead crane cracked joint, Engineering Design and supply of spreader bar for support the installation for wedges. Spring installation in APTV trailers, Bradley trailers for support the production, Bath treatment area rotary breaker liners and lifter replacement works, mange the Design and installation of Life in silo and VSU port for fatality prevention

 Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Piping and insulation work monitoring and execution Prepare the drawing for piping pre fabrication Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Prepare rigging plan and procedure Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required. Prepares invoice on monthly basis. Provide necessary help and guidance to sub-contractors. Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
