  As a key member of the Wirehead Payroll Team, I am responsible to provide support to both the functional and technical aspects of payroll. l work closely with SAP Finance Administrators, Wirehead Reps, HR and other domains to ensure all updates are as required. In some cases, I will also be required to work closely with the client to ensure all transactions are processed as required. Process employee New Hires, Terminations and transfer data changes and time and attendance informationBi-weekly processing of payroll and payment of ISP’s.Reconcile payroll accounts.Schedule, execute and monitor key SAP jobs and functions that are required to complete a biweekly payroll Work with Payroll Administrators and HR IT to investigate issues and errors during regular payroll processingComplete set up and maintenance of payroll tables in the SAP System. E.g. Earnings and Deduction codesManage and/or assist with various ongoing projects, such as implementation and testing of tax updates, Yearend processing and deliverables (audit reports, error reports etc)Create ad-hoc queries using PS Query or AQT/SQL Developer to provide data to Payroll team members/managers for audits, investigations etcInterpret changes to CRA/MRQ/Provincial/Federal legislation and how they would impact systemsProvide ongoing support to the team as requiredOngoing general support to accounting team including;GL voucher entryAccount reconciliationAccounts Payable as it relates to incorporated contractors
