1. Safety:A. Site to be clean and clear of all trip or fall hazards/ Housekeeping.B. Ensures all PPE is worn at all times.C. Reports all hazardous incidents or near misses to your direct supervisor immediately.2. Job Description:A. All Tunneling operations and activities at the site. Operating and maintaining the micro tunneling machine and ability to operate AVN 400, 500, 600, 800, 900,1200,1400,1600,1800,2000,2200, 2400,3000 MachinesB. Inspects Site prior to mobilization.C. Controls of bentonite usage, water, diesel, consumables, tools, etc.D. Conducts Maintenance for the Tunneling M/C and equipment before and after each drive.E. Conducts Pre-launch sheet.F. Conducts Laser check.G. Conducts the attendance sheet.H. Maintains the working conditions/ environment/ atmosphere is properly controlled as per labor laws.I. Jacking Frame setup.J. Other duties as assigned.

1. Operating and maintenance micro tunneling machine Herrenknecht. Has ability to operate AVN 400, 500, 600, 800, 1200,1600,1800,2000,2400 Machines.2. Carrying regular maintenance of repair works in tunnelling machine AVN 400 to AVN 1600 machines and accessories like, slurry pump, feed pump, bentonite machine and high pressure machine etc. 3. Laser setting of micro tunneling machine, Herrenknecht. 4. Supervising the full site and arranging and managing the full project and work.

Entrance ring, LASER setting (GEO Laser for Herrenknecht machine)13. Entire responsibility in the maintenance of machine and trailing tube when jacking is completed and site –in- charge
