Manage HR-strategies and operations including Hiring and retention, Compensation & benefits, Performance management, Training and development. HR Budgets etcDeveloping/updating and implementing HR Policies and procedures. Managing all Regulatory compliance such as ISO, 5S, HSE, Labour and other legal compliance.Develop and monitor appropriate KPI’s for department/positions.Continuous Process Improvement.Manage all aspect of Employee engagement, Conflict management, Event management etc. Manage various administrative services including accommodation, Canteen, Laundry, Transportation, Housekeeping, Landscaping, Security and Emergency response. Preparing and presenting Periodic Management reports to senior management.

Manage a team of HR professionals across the Middle East region through a network of Country/Project level- HR departments to support business initiatives and its objectives.Assess short and long term manpower requirement and prepare HR Budget for the various business units and projects by involving key stakeholders.Managing entire aspect of manpower mobilization and demobilization for the various manufacturing units and project sites.Manage employee compensations & benefits, performance appraisals, employee welfare, grievance etc.Manage the implementation of change initiatives depending on the project and business needs.Work closely with Operational Heads and Project managers and provide HR leadership and guidance regarding company’s HR policies, procedures and practices and other HR related issues.

Identify new business opportunities through media, references and market research.Negotiating and finalizing the business contracts with clients.Conduct market research for identifying the best resource locations, prevailing salary, emigration procedures of different countries and accordingly advice the client for planning their recruitments.Assisting the clients in preparing their annual HR budgets, manpower planning for new projects/business.Organizing and assisting the clients in their recruitment campaigns including Advertisement campaign, interviewing, trade -tests, selection, offer negotiation and on-boarding.
