End to end management of network, wireless, security and voice infrastructure of branches, offices, warehouses, and data-centres (on-premise and cloud) in Australia & New Zealand region.• Manage multi-vendor networking device such as router, switch, wireless, VoIP , firewall, cloud proxy gateway etc.• Work closely with company head-quarter leads in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.

 Network planning, designing, implementation and provide network solutions for various clients of HPE/ DXC.  Build datacenter network infrastructure, co-location sites, client dedicated compartment etc using Cisco and HPN networking products such as routers and switches. Prepare network devices BOM, network design proposals/ engineering work order documents, submit network change and implementation coordinating with GNOC for on-boarding of new clients, existing clients network/circuits upgradation, expansion, standardization, tech-refresh, build client compartments and co-location set up in DXC (HPE) datacenters mainly in AMERICA and EMEA region. Handle various networking projects and make sure the network deliverable timelines are met as per client request. Trouble shoot and fix client’s network related severity 1 and 2 business impacting issues. Raise various network changes as per the client process, configure and implement changes in co-ordination with multiple team / remote site support. Data center, campus and branch switches and routers replacement/ upgradation with zero impact to business. Train junior engineer, provide network design solutions and support whenever required, review and approve network configuration/ implementation documents prepared by team members. Member of internal/ external peer review team, active internal Elite team member to resolve network issues of various other clients in case of any escalation.

 Handle multiple network project request for end to end delivery, liaise with business to understand the project requirements, define timelines, documentation and delivery of projects meeting business defined timelines. Support team for resolving network related implementation issues, network engineering documents review and approval process. Liaise with business and operation team and understand and define the scope of work, work closely with engineering and operation specialist for the successful delivery of project.

Network Consultant - manage network, security, voice, load-balancing ,optimization, proxy systems of various clients in Oman. Network operation and migration projects at critical business sectors, such as Central Bank of Oman, National Bank of Oman, Bank Nizwa, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (Orpic), Shell, Oman Telecom etc.

 Prepare L0/ L3 network design documents at Citibank. Install new or replace end of life network devices for branches, campus and datacenter across multiple region with minimum business impact. Set up and manage branch, campus and datacenter system/network infrastructure. Review all team members network change request and design document /handover documents prior to regional engineering team review. Lead India network projects and implementation team. Network team internal change control configuration and design documents review and approval. Work closely with operation team for trouble shooting operational network related issue and break fix. Raise and implement emergency change request with complete configuration with back out and test plan for network urgent request or break fix changes. Work closely with regional engineering team and global network operation team for various network activities, design review, network diagram update, network audit etc. Actively involved in the branch voice gateway solution for more than 45 branches across India, which includes converged router installation and configuration for voice solutions including branch user call recording solutions. Worked on end to end technical solutions and implementation plan for a business premise in Mumbai accommodating business users ~ 4500. Campus and data center network infrastructure set up using Cisco 4500, ASR1002/ 1004 and 6500 switches / routers. GLOBAL MPLS solution for India campus sites (Special Economic Zone offices) WAN connection to North America, UK, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong data center. Wifi set up and implementation at data center for branches and campus sites in India. Provide many third party business connections including regulatory to Citibank corporate network through Citi External Platform Infrastructure. Train junior engineers.

 Management and monitoring of network switches, routers, firewalls, ISP routers etc across the globe. Day to day Network Implementation and operation support of Tata Communications production network  Raise network changes for local and remote routers and switches installation, configuration, cabling, IOS up-gradation and hardware upgrade, new WAN link connectivity and link upgrade, operational break fix task etc.  Troubleshoot severity 1 and 2 incident reported network issues, raise emergency change and implementation meeting the SLA defined with customer. Raise virtual tickets related to network issues in multiple regions (America, Europe, Asia pacific) and work closely with the remote site engineer to resolve the issue. Work actively on network tickets to meet the SLA with business. Work on operation tools like tacacs server[ACS], SNMP, DNS [Men and Mice], link utilization report [Cacti, Solar winds], Cisco works, Spectrum etc Work closely with network engineers located in different regions for implementation and operational activities. Provide Internet link connectivity and required routing in the internal network Internet IPSec Site-to-Site VPN configuration for various business-to-business access to Tata communication network for business purpose.

 Relocation of Citibank WAN hubs in India. WAN hub was relocated to new premise, 22nos branch links, interstate circuits was shifted to new hub location in Mumbai, IPSEC Encryption on low speed wan circuits, routers and switches configuration and cutover changes. Building LAN/WAN infrastructure for new offices and branches using E1, Ethernet Leased Line, Serial Leased line, ISDN etc. Installation and configuration of various Cisco routers and switches. Replacement of various end of life routers and switches with new devices within the scheduled change window without any business impact. MPLS implementation in Citibank co-ordinating with service providers. Building B2B infrastructure for connecting external clients to Citibank network. Raise changes and co-ordinate with local support in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, new infrastructure set up and expansion of existing network infrastructure.  Implemented Cisco IPSec-3DES encryption on 100+ Low speed circuits in India, installed hardware encryptor for data links. Set up India Core backbone with high-end routers (7206-NPEG1/G2) and DS3 links. 200Mbps domestic links between Mumbai and Chennai WAN hubs. Citibank International backbone circuits (IPLC) upgradation co-ordinating with multiple service providers. Migration of Small Citigroup External Platform [CEP] Firewall Infrastructure to Standard CEP at Mumbai. This infrastructure is using to connect external business partners and services to the Citigroup internal / DMZ data center infrastructure  Planning and implementation of many CEP/FW infrastructure in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka  Experienced in building of Micro, SMALL, STANDARD Citigroup External Platform [CEP] Firewall Infrastructure. Experienced in network/Firewall infrastructure build up, expansion where Internet links are connected for web hosting for public access as well as for business partners access to Citibank.

 Build network infrastructure with bi-directional NATing for Reserve Bank Of India, Central bank of Bangladesh and other B2B’s access to Citibank for business purpose Set up network infrastructure for outsourcing Citibank call center to 3rd party IBM using IP Phones with IP access-lists and distribute lists. Configured QoS on routers and switches for VOIP end to end traffic Configured various switches for IP Phones connectivity Upgrade India to Singapore and Hong Kong WAN links to 200Mbps and install MAN switches [Cisco 6509] at India hub locations without any business impact. Routers, Switches installation, configuration and migration to Singapore/ Hong Kong NOC Team. Module Insertions, IOS upgrades on routers and switches. Various network stabilization projects, turning up of LAN/WAN segments. Experienced in autonomous system[AS] migration project using new range IP segments without any business outage because of network issues. IOS upgrades and trouble shoot IOS related issues on routers and switches  Layer 3 switching solutions using Cisco 6509 switches and MSFC/Sup 32/Sup720. MPLS Implementation. Buildup Multicast infrastructure for branches in Mumbai. Configuring access-lists. distribute list and route-maps for packet filtering Wifi Implementation for Citibank branches. Experience in PIX firewalls. Raise various firewall changes to open application ports required for business purpose. Co-ordinate with Firewalls team in U.S.A to trouble shoot operational issues.
