Apart from ensuring a steady planned growth, ensuring the gross operational margin is more than 50%.  Currently managing more than 50+ direct reportees. Managed the product development (using Go to market strategy) of an automobile part manufacturing process for a client along with managing an AMS project with the same domain.  Have simultaneously managed & executed multiple projects for various banking clients ensuring the gross operation margin is above 40%. Have been an Appraisal Team Member (ATM), supporting the external auditor to audit the company’s CMMi compliance level. Have been involved in business development activities by responding to RFIs, RFPs and presenting customized solutions to customers. Managed, planned & executed migration projects from Sharepoint 2010 to Office 365 using custom tools, domain migration project across various geographical locations.  Managed the development of Australian Government project in Azure environment with over 25 direct reports.

• Work as a delivery manager and is responsible for 5 critical applications which include License Key Generator, Customer support Knowledge base, License download manager, Enterprise Search and Informatica Intranet. • Also, work with the business team to build roadmaps that align with the business strategy & stability of the application.• Executed key projects like KB FS4SP upgrade with a vendor support wherein I was still responsible for managing the project objectives within the constraints of the project (Scope, Time, Resources, performance specification) and ensure its success.• Manage all stakeholder requirements and ensure all projects are sufficiently staffed. Also provide resource / budget projections based on future business objectives.• I have a team of 12 persons reporting to me which includes business analysts, delivery leads, senior / junior developers, senior/ junior application engineers, interns and contractors. The team is managed with regular one on ones’, feedback / appraisal sessions, bonuses & increments. • As a people manager I also guided my team members on the right career paths, motivated them and thereby also ensured attrition was minimized.
