I began my technical career in high school at the age of 14. During the weekends and vacations I dedicated myself to study and learn all things technical. After college, I joined M/s Blue Star Air Conditioning Private Limited Company. From 1998 to 2000, I was hired as a HVAC Master Technician for a Plant Commissioning company.In 2000, I started a new role as HVAC Master Technician at Zubair Automotive Group. M/s Zubair Automotive Group is the Oman’s Best and Trusted International Brands Automotive Dealer.I continued to develop my skills both practically and technically. These skills include: Facility/maintenance management, team leadership, team management, T&T Management roles, budgeting, AMC planning management, handling of suppliers payments and LPO’s, materials purchase management, cost savings management, and BM Save Environment.Other skills and experience include: Team and organizational development, risk management, all types of maintenance such as civil, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, home, commercial and industrial, appliances, building management systems, telecom systems, IT systems (voice, data, cabling, UPS and server), marketing events, property management, property insurance maintenance management, logistics and transportation management, waste management, specialized with high risk jobs, and customer support service.I held positions where I was on call 24/7. The company’s reputation along with staff value was of high priority to me. I strive to build and maintain meaningful business relationships with MEDC/ MWA/ Omantel @ 24x7 Emergency Services, the company chairman, board of directors, clients, customers, co-workers, subordinates, superiors, suppliers, staff, vendors, etc. By the grace of God my hard work and experience have always paid off. I have a history of quick promotions from form foreman all the way to Maintenance manager and an excellent service record with all teams I have encountered from A to Z.Unfortunately, the global pandemic and its restrictions have left me searching for a new role for facility/maintenance manager or estate and property management. I know my skills, expertise, and performance will benefit anyone willing to give me a chance.
