Current- Responsible for driving company’s core values ( Safety, Respect, Excellence, Courage, One Team)
- Accountable for the primary/ secondary volumes and distribution for the territory
- Responsible for leading 2 Sales Officers, 11 DSR’s (Distributor’s Sales Representatives) and 3 Field Marketing Executives
- Responsible for appointing and managing vendors for trade marketing and other activities.
- Responsible for managing secondary on-time distribution of more than 300 SKUs to around 1200 dealers based on the potential from 3 Distributor depots. The activities consisting of Warehousing & Stock Management, Space.
- Understanding the business criticality and manage sales process at the final node of the supply chain
