 Knowledge of and ability to use management concepts and principles including goal setting,planning and execution. Knowledge of Company core values, vision and Cause No Harm principles. Knowledge of and adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements. Knowledge of regulatory agency, Company, client and subcontractor (where applicable) HSErequirements. Knowledge of job duties and responsibilities of the Company’s HSE support staff. Basic knowledge of onshore & offshore construction techniques and the ability to recommend safework practices. Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data. Remain abreast of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area. Assistance with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well aslocal client requirements. Accountable for providing Project HSE Manager / Corporate HSE Manger with feedback on HSEperformance. Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency responsesystems. Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports. Accountable for the supervision the administrator and record keeper on area specific HSE audits,inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc. Attends pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required. Conducts HSE audits and inspections. Conducts HSE presentations and training to employees as required. Assists work site personnel and line management in development of work site HSE and Cause NoHarm promotions and campaigns. Promote a positive Company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties. Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediatesupervisor.

• Adept at conducting safety, health & environment, fire & training audits and carrying out other safety activities like HSE inspections, Fire drills, Medical evacuation drills, Environmental Spill drill, etc.• Demonstrated excellence in observing the operations, safety measures and waste management systems of the organization and evaluating the threat it poses to the life of workers and the environment• Deft in presenting guidelines to organization to check and combat the risks arising from performing hazardous operations and drafting precautionary and safety measures to help the workers prevent accidents• Adroit in drafting and delivering training programs for employees to teach them to operate machinery safely, dispose waste materials safely, handling toxic and hazardous materials responsibly and responding to emergencies quickly• Preparing & maintaining all the required HSE related documentation, posters, awareness pamphlets, report preparations etc.
