* Responsible for coordination, monitoring and inspection of project construction activities to ensure that the quality of works comply with the project specifications.* Arranges technical meetings between the Contractor and concerned departments/organizations to resolve interfacing problems during construction.* Ensure contractor’s adherence to construction documents and latest authority regulations.* Review and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor against the contractual documents and IFC details.* Review and response of technical queries raised by contractors through Request for Information (RFI) via inter-discipline coordination.* Reviews contractors’ quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plans, installation, testing, and as-built procedures. * Reviews various phases of documents for compliance with Master Plans and technical guidelines.* Identifies any non-conformance in quality, health and safety resolves same as per agreed Corrective and Preventive Actions.* Coordination of progress meetings to expedite the works on site, analysis of mitigation plan for identified delays and notify the contractor/relevant stakeholder for the same, and monitor the resource allocation against the baseline schedule. * Possesses excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills with proven ability in liaising with clients, contractors, and other external agencies.

* Supervise Contractor’s works to achieve and maintain required O&M, construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.* Review and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor against the contractual documents and IFC details.* Reviews contractors’ quality assurance and quality control programs. * Provide technical expertise and all necessary on-site directions/ issue site instructions.* Observe and notify the site safety adherence against the HSE regulations and DM guidelines.* Spearheading the protocols of quality assurance/quality control of materials and workmanship.* Monitoring and evaluation of site progress statistics with planner against the baseline schedule.* Review and approval of as-built drawings ensuring the correctness and completeness of the documents.

* Overall management of site activities, liaising with subcontractor to achieve the progress as per baseline.* Coordination and liaising with consultant for inspections, adherence to quality control systems.* Preparation of daily reports and escalating technical roadblocks to Senior Project Engineer for resolutions.* Review of approved shop drawings for cross-discipline coordination.

* Follow up RCC and utility construction work activities at site.* Preparation of daily reports and management of subcontractors.* Escalate manpower requirements to senior engineers to achieve the target milestones

* Execution and supervision of structural and architectural works.* Preparation of daily reports.* Quantity take off of structural elements for site execution.
