(2009 – present): Dubai Metro Railway (Serco Limited) Position:-Depot Equipment Team Leader:•Assist the Depot Equipment Engineer in leading a number of Depot Equipment maintenance teams to carry out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications on plant machinery. •Supervise routine vehicle inspections, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items; perform minor repairs •Ensure the maintenance tools & equipment's are in good condition. •Manage and perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair in site or inside depot) on rail maintenance equipment.•Collaborate with E&M Services to perform plant machinery (under-floor wheel lathe, wheel monitoring equipment, etc.) checks and undertake repairs.•Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of tools and plant machinery performance, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.•Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements.•Follow safe working procedures personally, ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) are used correctly, fit for purpose, and look out for the safety of others.•Promote safety awareness among the depot equipment engineering and maintenance teams and the subcontractors.Specialties:Hydraulics,Pneumatics,Crane,Re-railing Vehicle,Diesel Tractor,Flat Car Trailer with Crane (Wagons),Shunting System,Under floor Wheel Lathe,(CNC),Underfloor Lifting Jack,Bogie Hoist,Automatic Train Wash,Stinger System,Lifting Jacks,Depot Protection System,RerailingEquipment,WheelMonitoringEquipment,Compressor,Car and Bogie Pusher,Axle Elevator,Wheel Diagnostic System,Track Grinding Machine,Press for Wheel Fitting & Removal.(CNC),Vertical Hub Boring Machine (CNC),Wheel Lathe (Rafamet)(CNC).
