Inventory Controller
CurrentManaging supply, storage and accessibility of items in order to ensure an adequate delivery➢ Creating new items, Customers and Suppliers in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud. ➢ Write and maintain accurate system for inventory control and monitoring.➢ Responsible of physical stock counts match with System ONHAND stock, andreporting.➢ Check and adjust warehouse stock per outstanding orders and floating stock.➢ Create Miscellaneous Inventory transactions in Oracle System as per business requirements.➢ Supervise material flow storage and order fulfillment and stock transfer to different Inventory locations within system, when needed.➢ Managed stocking software i.e., Oracle Inventory application and input data. ➢ Utilize IT Service desk/change/asset management system to document, prioritize and track requests.➢Create and maintain of Customer accounts, Bill-to /Ship-to address and customer contacts up to date.➢ Manage Customer accounts with credit hold and release process.➢ Handling of Oracle ERP support tickets as part of level one support.➢Single point of contact for all Service desk tickets and routing to respective team members.➢ Manage Sales order return requests and receiving goods back to Inventory in Oracle system.➢ Fixing application interface errors while interfacing Sales order to Receivables. ➢Fixing application inbound and outbound transactions with third party Warehouseapplications.➢Create and maintain Stock items and item batches, production dates, UOM conversions, Expiry dates and status updates.
