1. Work with different country’s customs agency to fully understand local customs business regulations to ensure complete corporation’s customs compliance in export and import business activities, ensure new customs rules, regulations and processes are properly understood and implemented in different countries accordingly and improve SF brand awareness in overseas countries(including US,SG,MY,JP and KR). 2. Setup SF international customs clearance and compliance management strategy, guideline and related processes in different SF overseas countries in order to ensure on time clearance in export and import business activities, and provide customers quality customs clearance service.3. Setup customs clearance key performance index for SF overseas countries, and monthly monitor the indexes related to customs clearance of SF overseas countries, provide improving solutions to promote continuous business process optimization and on time clearance performance.4. Monitor monthly customs clearance cost of different countries, minimize internal and external operation cost to meet company's goal from financial perspective.5. Coordinate and implement projects and procedures for new products and services from customs clearance perspective, in order to achieve quality and optimum performance from operations side.6. Perform joint sales calls with business development functions, meet with strategic or global account customer on projects by providing customs clearance procedure in order to provide best service solution and quality service to customers, and grow company's business.7. Provide customs clearance related knowledge training to different business functions/departments within the company.8. Promote the use of EDI, customs automation and simplification in different countries to promote continuous service quality improvement, cost saving and customs compliance.

1. Lead implementation of systems and processes to support Corporation’s Trade Compliance policies for all business units with initial focus on China, expanding to other countries as appropriate; 2. Develop, implement and oversee maintenance of standardized (electronic) trade compliance manual governing imports and exports: Implement desktop procedures for all custom declaration staff; 3. Determine strategies to reduce annual duties and fees; 4. Develop, implement and conduct standardized self-audit programs for all import/export transactions per Self-Assessment guidelines. 5. Work with procurement, sourcing, and finance to provide assistance in calculating benefits/consequences related to new sourcing or new product development opportunities: Communicate results; 6. Work with management to centralize selection and management of customs brokers for business units, including service agreements, and performance measurements; 7. Publish monthly service and performance measurements on 3rd party providers; 8. Standardize and implement electronic recordkeeping programs, per local customs regulations, for all business units; 9. Maintain database of Harmonized Tariff classifications and export numbers for all business units to insure correct document generation as applies to imports/exports; 10. Standardize and implement vendor procedures with all company suppliers to insure compliant generation of required documentation for import /export; 11. Educate business unit personnel regarding Trade rules & regulations in conjunction with business division Trade Compliance personnel.

To closely monitor global import and export business activities in terms of customs compliance, analyse problems in customs compliance fields and evaluate customs risks, promote continuous business process optimization to ensure customs compliance globally.4. To monitor key performance indexes related to customs compliance, provide improving solutions.5. To be responsible for projects related to customs compliance in terms of significant business changes.

1. Work with Brokerage Agent, Trade, Customs and other Border Control Agencies within the limit of customs and brokerage rules and regulations of the Southern China and UPS, with the objective to provide on time clearance and quality service to customers.2. Work with Customs CIQ and other border control agencies to simplify the customs/CIQ clearance procedures and processes; to ensure new customs/CIQ rules, regulations and processes are properly understood and implemented; to promote the use of EDI, customs automation and simplification in order to provide on time clearance. To attend meetings of trade association, to take leadership on all trade, customs and other border control agencies in all relevant industry association, in order to stay abreast of development within competition, and to stay ahead of the competition.3. Monitor and review the performance of brokerage department / agent in order to ensure the brokerage department/agent to provide brokerage operation and service adhere to the set policies and in accordance with UPS quality and standard.4. Coordinate and implement projects and procedures for new products and services, in order to achieve quality and optimum performance in the operations.5. Perform joint sales calls with business development departments and operations, to meet with Strategic or Global Account customer on projects involving customs clearance procedure in order to provide service solution and quality service to customers, and grow company's business.6. Monitor daily brokerage operation cost, try to minimize internal and external operation cost to meet company's goal in financial perspective.7. Provide sufficient on job training/coaching to the staffs and buildup a team with teamwork spirit and mutual respect. Develop the staffs with the growth of the company. Try to improve Employee Relationship Index and reduce staff Turn Over rate.

1. Plan and control the center operation process and quality to provide the quality services of on time delivery & pick up in order to achieve the company goal and objective within the guidelines.2. Monitor the route operation, review with IE and center operations from time to time in order to achieve company business plan and operation objectives.3. Train and coach subordinates for total commitment to services excellence and customer satisfaction to improve the Employee Relation Index (ERI) and Service Quality Report (SQR) result.4. Plan and review the staffing in order to provide the cost effective work force operation to achieve the operation cost effectiveness, to plan and review the productivity of employees and route performance in order to maintain productivity and operational effectiveness of the department.5. Train people with safe work method and procedures in order to prevent injury / accident, provide health and safe environment to people.
