Responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s operation in the Nigeria office, including Sales Growth, Strategy Development, Customer Service quality, innovation and impact, financial and organization’s assets stewardship, resource acquisition, and Administrative Operations

- Managing and Setting overall strategy for the Sales team with business focus on FMCG, Oil and Gas, Power, Other Financial Institutions, Logistics/ Transport Companies and Other sectors;- Define target customer segments for better Relationship Management/Business Development;- Drive Budgets and ensure Key Performance Indicators are reviewed regularly with the team and are met;- Analysis of client’s business and financial information for the purpose of making financing decisions;- Monitoring Individual and Team’s financials (i.e. Balance sheet and Income statements) to ensure that the team is on track with set targets;- Drive strategic partnership with Corporates to grow mutually beneficial account acquisitions and revenue - B2B and B2B2C

- Managing and setting overall strategy for the Sales team with business focus on Fintech's in (Payments, Remittances, financial inclusion etc), an Technology enabled Logistics/ Transport Companies, FMCG and other sectors;- Define target customer segments for better relationship management/business development; - Delivered a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of 578% Year-On-Year, achievement Year-To-Date (YTD) 110%;- Drive Budgets and ensure Key Performance Indicators are reviewed regularly with the team and are met;- Analysis of client’s business and financial information for the purpose of making financing decisions;- Grow the Team’s balance sheet by over 35% in Risk Assets and 45% in Liabilities generation year on year;- Review, analysis and evaluation of prospective projects and transactions for bankability and project financing;- Financial modelling and project viability analysis for funding decisions;- Monitoring Individual and Team’s financials (i.e. Balance sheet and Income statements) to ensure that the team is on track with set targets; - Representing the Bank in project management and networking meetings;- Ensure the adoption of technology enabled products in implementing FMCG business requirements to process payment flows and business needs of the value chain, - Drive profitable and innovative business partnership with focus on revenue and income- Spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings for strategic implementation.

- Manage and Drive Innovative Strategic partnership with business verticals such as Electricity Companies, FINTECH’s, AgricTech’s, FMCG’s, Other Financial Institutions etc;- Payment Digitalization & Initiative Q with focus on revenue and income generation;- Ensure set targets and financials for the team KPI are met;- Customer Relationship Management in the Fintech Space;- Cross - Sales of electronic solutions (Payments, Collections & Customized e-Solutions)- Competitive Market Intelligence and Lead Generation;- Representing the Bank in Project Management meetings, Hackathon and Pitch events;- Grow the Team Revenue and Income lines by 40%, Year on Year

- Sales and marketing of electronic solution/ channels to Corporate Bank customers;- Generate business leads for possible bank/ customer relationship and partnership, - Generate liability, revenue and income through the adoption and use of electronic channels by Corporate Bank customers;- Leverage relationship with industry players such as NIBBS, Interswitch etc, to create innovative products;- Develop the strategy for sectoral penetration and adoption e.g. Oil and Gas, Power, FMCG etc.- Customize solution to meet Corporate client requirements and business needs;- Customer relationship management and retention;- Product design and management;- Drive team to achieve revenue and income targets;
