My passion and mission is quite clear: “making sure the body never limits what anyone can achieve in their career and life", whether keeping focus after a long day of meetings, overcoming injuries and chronic disease or increasing longevity.My approach combines up-to-date knowledge from different fields - medicine, nutrition, psychology, physiology, biohacking, health-tech - enabling the creation of bespoken nutritional, supplemental and lifestyle programs and protocols to nudge and push into the right direction. I am fortunate to support patients, athletes, clubs and corporations from more than 40 countries in their quest for health and performance optimization.
