I am currently responsible for developing strategies and on marketing and sales in overseas sales department at Bionics Corp. Thus, work for Market trend analysis by application and developing strategies for and penetrating to some potential market and restoring partnership with customers in which relatively are very weak and depressed in sales & marketing such as Central and Southern America and Asian region through visiting, communicating and participating in major medical exhibitions.Thus, I mostly focusing on new product development planning and implementation through close and continuing co-working with our R&D team so that we can meet some needs of our valuable customers and ultimately improve sales. Before joining Bionics, I has similar experience in my three previous companies. Firstly, during working for my second company named Four seasons button, I had strived to concentrate on registration task which is essential for listing up as registered company of Target which is the second biggest consumer retailer in USA for over 1 and half year as well as general sales and marketing activities because it dramatically could achieve almost 10 times of sales growth in a year by listing up as Target official partner. During working for my third company named Charmcare, I am mainly responsible for planning price guideline for efficient sales activity and arranging sales & marketing plan regularly as well as supporting for FDA approval of its flagship product.
