• Involved in the National project ‘’ Safety evaluation of Second-generation cytokines’’ sponsored by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.• Designed the gene for Human interlukin-2 by using Bioinformatics Tools.• Synthesized the Gene for Human Inerlukin-2 by Sequential by overlap extension using Polymerase chain reaction.• Cloned the synthesized gene in (XL1 Blue) Cloning hosts.• Expressed the protein in XL-1 blue host cells.• Purified the expressed protein and performed Mass Detection by MALDI TOF.• Sequenced the DNA from the host to check for proper insert.
