With over 15 years of experience in HR, I have developed a strong expertise in shared service, people management, performance management, HR policies, employee experience and employee engagement.My mission is to create an inclusive and diverse culture that fosters open dialogue, collaboration, and innovation. I partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their unique needs and challenges, and design tailor-made solutions that align with the organisation's vision and goals. I also drive HR projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery and impact. Some of my key achievements include designing and implementing a new performance management system, launching multiple recognition and development programs, and facilitating smooth transitions and change management.
