Talented, eager & keen learner and experienced young professional in preparing electrical cost estimates, post tender activities and fulfilling cost management and project management activities.Pre-Contract• Carrying out detailed study of MEP & Architectural drawings which involves specifications and understanding scope of work from the tender documents.• Floating enquiries to specified suppliers, obtaining quotations and evaluation of the same and preparation of cost comparisons.• Well versed with quantity take off.• Preparation and pricing of BOQ.• Preparation of Value Engineering report.Post-Contract• Preparation of Variations based on Engineer's Instructions/Additions or Omissions/Site Change orders/additional tasks at site.• Maintain tracking sheets for submitted variations and follow up of the same for final approval/comments and attend variation meetings .• Preparation of Monthly Valuations for Projects and AMCs and follow up for approval.• Cost Control - Tracking of monthly project costs, identification of financial risks, preparation of monthly reports and updating the same to Project Managers/Engineers.• Preparation of Maintenance Quotations as per instructions from Maintenance Engineer.• Verification of Material requests received from Site in terms of quantity and cost.• Preparation of Comparison sheets of different supplier quotations for the procurement of major materials/long lead items.• Maintaining all relevant documentation.• Drafting Letters to the Consultant/Client for general inquiry or request for information, dispute, claim or a contractual notification.
