*Primary duties will be to procure new business as well maintain relationships with existing clients*Liaise with customer on the cost / budget structure of large project quotations*Evaluate initial expressions of interest through tender packages, cold calls to sites, site visits and evaluating site plans*Prepare quotations and communicate client requirements to Engineering Team*Develop project budgets and schedules and submit quotations to clients*Perform monthly reporting activities*Maintain satisfactory knowledge of branch stock levels and capabilities*Notify management/dispatch of impending stock requirements to enable the timely sourcing of external equipment*Facilitate accurate and timely invoicing of clients for works performed*Identify and eliminate account disputes at an early stage in all projects to ensure timely finalization of all account matters.Key Skill:-*Industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the scaffolding & formwork industry, including products, is essential for effectively selling products and services.*Sales experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the industry, is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers & achieving sales targets.*Presentation skills: The ability to create and deliver effective presentations is important for demonstrating the value of products & services to potential customers.*Product knowledge: A strong understanding of scaffolding & formwork products & their features & benefits to the relevant customers.*Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing strategies such as: 1) using social media platforms to showcase your work and connect with potential clients, 2) running targeted online ads 3) leveraging SEO techniques to improve your search engine rankings, 4) Creating and sharing engaging content, 5) using email marketing to stay in touch with clients, 6) measuring and analyzing your digital marketing efforts to improve ROI.
