Process control activities:- Circulate complete information to production team with technical parameters during bulk order comes as per approved samples. Address Pre production meetings. Examine Pilot lots / FOB for new products and its results. Communicate with customers for FOB comments if any.  Manage all the Technical spec sheet and information of a product during the development as well as bulk.

Fabric Development for core business:- Evaluate the buyer’s enquiry completely by analysing quality manual/ swatch/design/specs/construction etc and decide best fit yarn type, count, machine diameter, gauge, loop length, processing, finishing route/parameter, testing parameters/method etc.  Decide whether the requirements are fit for in house infrastructure or to be outsourced. Arrange and procure if required special yarn and performance finish chemicals for finishing from supplier.  Instruction to team by giving all the specs to be followed and to create process route of special yarn and chemicals by studying technical datasheet. Preparation of technical spec sheet and callout reports for development samples. Follow up with buyers on the feedback of submitted samples. And incorporate their comments during bulk production if any.
