CNC shop Incharge :• Co-ordination with stores for procurement of Raw materials /cutters etc. for machines .• Man power handling, planning, involving & coordinating the activities of machine shop comprising CNC machining center with Heidenhain control.• Production targets, set up changes, ensure online inspection, dispatch as per customer requirements. • Designing & implementation of jigs, fixtures, modification in tooling.• Reduction in cycle time & productivity improvement through improvement activities.• Attending Design Review & PPC meetings .• Hands on experience on each and every facility in the shop floor.• Programming in heidenhain languages using TNC 155/355/360 .• ISO 9001 documentation and implementation in production dept.• Maintaining daily reports (such as MIS, WIP, and time loss details).Vendor Development / Materials Management :Material Planning and developing vendors for timely procurement of materials and spare parts to ensure smooth production operations.
