• Holds Ultimate responsibility for Financial Reporting and Compliance by providing financial leadership for Region Asia entities..• Producing monthly and quarterly financial results, budget variances, ad-hoc analysis and presenting meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data.• Reviewing & approving monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations as well as spearheading SOX Documentation & ensuring Internal Controls are operating effectively at the locations.• Responsible for driving and implementation of all Financial projects in Asia Region.

Responsible for Financial reporting for multiple entities within the Asia region, Supporting the Asia finance team in delivering Operational and Corporate targets. Responsible for Financial planning & Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting for the Asia region. Working with multiple locations in the region to ensure SOX complaiance. Review and finalization of Income tax provisions as per US Gaap for multiple entities within the region.Taxation and Transfer pricing matters for entities within the Asia region to reflect proper legal entity reporting.
