I recently joined Aftech Technical FZC as an MEP Site Engineer and Coordinator, a role I have held for just three days, with two days of on-site experience. During this brief time, I have already begun familiarizing myself with the ongoing projects and MEP systems, actively participating in the coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the construction site.My initial focus has been on understanding the project layout and scope, closely observing the on-site activities to ensure that installations align with the technical specifications and standards. I have also started engaging with various teams and contractors, gaining insight into the current project challenges and contributing to early-stage problem-solving.As part of my responsibilities, I am working to streamline communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems are integrated effectively into the overall construction process. While I am still in the learning phase, these first few days have provided valuable insight into the project workflow and the expectations at Aftech Technical FZC.Despite the short time frame, I am eager to take on more responsibilities and contribute significantly to the project's success as I gain a deeper understanding of the site operations and MEP coordination processes.
