Responsibilities: Handling Company Finance & Accounts function. Preparing and verifying Invoices, Delivery Notes, Vouchers, ledgers, journals etc.  Maintain book of Accounts, Cash Book and Bank Book and Keeping records of day to day activity of the Branch Manager. Preparing different types of reports Sales & Purchase - Weekly, Monthly Sales Report and Petty cash Report. Verification & authorization of petty cash voucher thoroughly.  Maintain thorough records of all clients. Proactively resolve all Customer & Vendor queries in a timely manner. Checking correctness of the Purchase Order and delivery note of supplier and then coding Invoices and posting into the database system. Knowledge of Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees transactions & other facilities. Manage Vendor Payment and Accounts Receivables on time basis.  Performing payroll on a monthly basis with Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on monthly basis and Internal auditing for banks and firms.  Handling Miscellaneous work like payment of Utility bills of DEWA/Etisalat/Du and General Suppliers, personal expense claims by other staff.  Acquainted good Knowledge of PRO Works.
