Fabrication In Charge(PRODUCTION & QUALITY)  Review project drawing such as contract scope of work, fabrication drawings, construction drawings, construction schedule among others prior to work execution to ensure project completion per mile stone/date. Prepare project resources, manpower, equipment, material and ensure its availability and Reported directly to project manager on fabrication drawing issues and problems. Supervise and monitor construction activities of group of workers for mechanical and fabrication, attend and resolve daily construction issues and problems. Verify fabricated parts are installed in accordance with proper locations. Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, Material person on respective issues and problems to ensure product compliance with project/client requirement. Accountable for making necessary arrangement to get work permission from SAPMT, when critical works are being performed Attend daily safety meeting and safety instructions for coworkers and Collect and analyze daily work report from Foreman.  Collect daily work report from workshop personals and submit a detail report to Production Manager.  Prepare and implement action plans effectively to maximize overall Equipment efficiency of production machines.

Site Engineer(EXECUTION) Responsible for distributing work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target and also planning day to day production to achieve maximum production. Supervised hourly production arranged repaired and maintained tools and also utilized manpower accurately. Responsible for troubleshooting and solving technical problems, organizing daily work at shop floor and also handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor. Carried out daily analysis of tool consumption and generation of production reports and at the same time ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers. Simultaneously worked towards productivity and quality improvement through kaizen activities. Recorded the preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, and tool room. Responsible for suggestion and kaizen activities, removing useless work, maintaining discipline according to safety rules and also development of operator through multi skill. Planned the work schedule according to respective manpower. Looking after mechanical activities such as overhauling & erection of various mechanical equipments. Maintained good House-keeping & Safety standards. Possessed the ability in conducting quality aspects’ analysis, Safety control and implementing strict adherence to safety measures & techniques, defects prevention, quality planning, and coordinated with external customer as well as customer satisfaction assurance. Planned, implemented and rationalized processes to minimize direct and indirect costs of the organization viz. material cost, labor cost, indirect expenses and overheads without compromising on the quality as well as calculating cost of new products  Mapped requirements of manpower/materials resources and implementing mobilization initiatives to ensure cost effective availability thereof as per decided schedules.

Production & Inspection Engineer Looked after the production and inspection of various steel plant equipment and involved in the Manufacturing of Dryer, Bag Filter, Cyclone, Hood, Boom, Column, Burner, Industrial Fan, Base Frame, Oil day Tank, P.H.F Unit, Roller Assembly, Out flow suctior heater, Rotary Coupling, Hot air generator, Heat Exchanger etc. Handled for all production related activities along with troubleshooting shop floor problems. Involved in analysis of daily production reports for further improvements Checked raw materials, ensuring timely availability of raw material, tooling, consumables required for smooth production process to avoid production loss. Devised production plans, monitoring & analysis of shift production, planning Shifts, as per the new product plan to ensure strict adherence to the time schedule, quality standards and total productivity maintenance whilst achieving pre-set production targets thereby analyzing costing and consumption Suggested corrective measures in case of critical problems as well as abreast with latest technologies /machineries in departments. Developed, motivated and educated the staff members on various operational matters, and products to guide them towards successful outcomes and attainment of business objectives.  Provided training to team members to take up responsibilities and inculcate strong focus on compliance of policies & regulations and internal controls.  Adhered to various quality measures and designing/ implementing procedures, control systems to maintain quality standards.
