I have an indepth experience of retail branch banking of 6years and presently holding the post of Branch Manager with IDBI Bank in one of the bank's branch in Bihar. I had started my banking career with IDBI Bank in July 2008 in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai as a Relationship Officer and have handled the following tasks: 1. Sourcing of Big Ticket HNI and Corporate/ Institutional clients through CASA deposits, 2. Handled branch sales team of 5-7 members starting from personally motivating and mentoring them and teaming up for achieving branch business targets, 3. Actively sourced both Life and Non- life insurance products and Mutual funds, 4. Sourced Structured Retail Asset products like Housing loans, loan against property, auto loans, education loans etc. 5. Also sourced other small ticket retail loans upto Rs 2500000 like loan against FD, insurance policies, shares and mutual funds, commercial vehicle loans, loans for medical practitioners etc. , 6. Actively monitored and administered the setting up of a new branch during my first stint as Branch Head, 7. Also experienced in all branch banking operational activities and compliances, 8. Prioritise all assigned tasks towards achievement of business targets on month on month basis, 9. Ability to follow strict deadlines while achieving business targets and branch operations compliances as per banking norms.
