The initiative aims to motivate senior members to manage independent modules and enable them to take on additional responsibilities and deliver with end-to-end responsibility.

Project: Citi Private Bank - Project SheenRole: Technology Lead and Co-ordinatorLocation: Global (delivered from Singapore).Duration: Aug 2012 till July 2014.Responsibilities● To develop a Global MIS Dashboard module for the Banker’s Application.● Analyze data availability across systems and design logistics.● To design the application data model and analyze the data logistics between various interfaces.● To interact with a separate team of Web Designers to build a high-end application, for both Web and Mobile.● To develop tools to market the Dashboard in the new platform and sunset the old Regional MIS Dashboard.Key Initiatives● Developed a user action tracking system in the old MIS Dashboard. This is a backend module that tracks user action to determine users' affinity towards the different pages.● The tracking system is used to generate Weekly and Monthly reports. The reports provide insight into end-user behavior and highlight the popular pages that are critical to business.● The tracker helps in identifying critical functionalities. Thus helping to migrate & sunset the old system.

Project: Citi Private Bank APAC – Regional MIS DashboardRole: Technology AnalystLocation: Singapore.Duration: Feb 2009, till 7th July, 2014.Responsibilities● Onboarded into the Front Office team from the very first day; to interact with the business, to understand, analyze, and interpret the business scenario and document functional requirements.● To bridge the communication between the Development, Integration Testing, and client.● To conduct data analysis and develop data mapping with all identified interfacing systems.● To review the system architecture and ensure proper data flow with interfacing systems.● To conduct a Proof of Concept study and report the findings to various stakeholders.● To track the project from the initial stage till the production goes live.Special Contribution● Proposed and successfully integrated the Product Hierarchy from Global MIS System (a product processor based in America, for reporting to Senior Management at the Headquarters), with the product hierarchy from the Regional Financial Processor.● Contributed to Knowledge Management assets for Client and Infosys.● Managed all onsite activities alone.● Mentored a team of 15 members, both onshore and offshore.

Global deployments are scheduled quarterly.● To engage with the Data Centre for Server maintenance and Disaster Recovery drills.● To periodically optimize the batch processes.Special Contribution● Took up additional responsibility to support another application called Advice Generation System.● Participated in data obfuscation and developed code to automate the same.AchievementThe Advice Generation System was originally developed and maintained by another firm. By providing good production support and engaging in the application's improvement and optimization. The development and maintenance of this application in Europe was later handed over to Infosys
