My core responsibilities are to ensure smooth operation/run of all outlets successfully, achieve the month to month & budget target, set clear sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the division and monitoring progress towards achieving them, maintain statistical and financial records, oversee pricing and stock control, maximize profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff, prepare promotional materials and displays, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, resolve customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats, collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

My core responsibilities were to generate regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, establish sales targets and objectives for the area in alignment with the overall sales goals of the organization, order raw materials and supplies in order to meet customer demands, supervise staff members, develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share within the assigned area, conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and anticipate market changes, address any issues or conflicts that arise within the sales team or with customers, and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
