Completed an entire SDLC for all the business requirements and followed the agile methodology to deliver an Individual Life, Health and Group Life product in four phases from March ’13 – Nov’15.Outsourced an idea to implement onsite-offshore component to enhance the productivity by leveraging two different time zones (CST and IST) for effective completion of the project. With effective resource planning and leading an offshore team delivered four phases of high priority project to a flagship client. Acquired a new programming language skill (GOLD – General Object Oriented Language for Developers) in a very short time to customize an Insurance product Wynsure, provide support and improve performance on insurance applications for multiple clients.In a span of 18 months made major enhancements to stabilize claim system for an insurance client and closed approximately 130 outstanding claim defects.Awarded monthly summit award; best employee of the month for the month of June’13 and earned highest performance ratings (awarded to the top 1%) for three consecutive years in a row and promoted twice in a very short period due to outstanding performances. Positive attitude, perseverance and consistency helped me in getting selected for an onsite opportunity.Worked with CIC (Capitol Insurance Companies) from March 2012-November 2013 to evaluate their capabilities and actively involved in enhancements and support.
