Working as a full-time Front Desk Concierge at a downtown Toronto, luxury hi-rise condominium with over 300 units. My day-to-day duties involve on-going interaction with residents (clients) while working closely with Property Management and building service employees, all in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I ensure accurate building policy is being clearly communicated to residents, handling emergency (flood, fire), and enforcing building policy; all while maintaining a good customer service-oriented relationship with residents and visitors.I also worked for 4 years with The Learning Disabilities Association Toronto District. With this non-profit organization my day-to-day activities were working closely with program participants (clients) and community while maintaining good coordination with co-workers and volunteers. Some of my regular duties include:- I used to recruit seniors with no computer education for a program named “Computer Skill for seniors” and educate them basic computer and Internet skills so that they can stay connected with family/friends. Some seniors wanted to learn more. For them, I prepared training modules on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and organized sessions. With a minimum fee they signed up to these sessions as per choice.
