• Briefing every day to explain the sales, target, and task of the day.• Ensuring merchandising standards are being followed in the store, i.e., Product Visibility, Shelf labels, Expiry, and Cleanliness.• Analyzing current sales trends to estimate the required order quantity and proactively coordinating with suppliers to restock before inventory gets out of stock.• Assigning team to merchandise the delivered stocks in the proper category.• Ensuring prompt order fulfillment in E-Commerce.• Tracking KPIs like conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment rate to boost online sales and enhance the customer experience.• Monitoring pickers' picking times and encouraging them to locate and fulfill customer orders as quickly as possible.• Monitoring top sales items and out-of-stock items to keep them always available.• Replacing all other store teams as per business needs in Home Delivery, Checkout, fresh food, and receiving.• Tracing returnable and non-returnable near-expiry stock and taking action to clear those by coordinating with the supplier. • Handling customer complaints and taking immediate action to solve them.• Arranging the warehouse and allocating stock to other stores based on their requests.• Conduct the inventory counts monthly and annually.
