I have a graduate diploma in Telecommunications engineering, and I am skilled in customer relationship management, technical support, success and account management. I enjoy working with diverse and innovative technologies and platforms, and I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. In my most recent role as a Client application specialist at Compono, I was responsible for the onboarding, support, and implementation of cloud-based HR software for clients across the APAC region. I worked with many HR industry giants and coordinated with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. I also liaised with clients to provide training, feedback, and troubleshooting, to ensure their satisfaction and retention. I have demonstrated my ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs and expectations.
