It will save the agency $2million+ annually.• Developing multiple Enterprise Search applications.• Part of the Afghanistan Evacuation Tiger Team developed a new Batch Search Console Application to support the Afghanistan evacuation effort which helped save many American lives.U.S. Coast Guard• Lead a technical team on a support/modernization effort to a suite of CSAS (Communication Station Automation System) applications for the US Coast Guard. (development: 60%, project/team management: 40%)• The management effort includes working closely with the COR, the Electronic Team, and the IT Team to prioritize requirements, make architectural recommendations, manage schedule, and report status.• The support effort includes answering support tickets and addressing software issues.• The modernization effort includes upgrading C++ code to C#, Access database to SQL Server, and migrating physical servers to the Cloud.

• Developed new features and analytical tools for the Enterprise Search application at the State Department. The application is written in C# .NET MVC with Autonomy IDOL as the backend.• Implemented Linux version of IDOL as a search solution to replace their existing Oracle search for SEC’s web application TCR. Assisted TCR developers with constructing search queries and tuned IDOL to meet their business and performance requirements. (SEC)• Part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Tiger Team developed UI for analytics using HAF-V framework with Vertica, IDOL as the backend, and Logi and Java as the front end. (HCA)• Enhanced and customized several C# .NET web applications for NGA, the Pentagon, and Quantico to work with IDOL in facilitating enterprise-level search.

• Developed various core components of CPSC’s new application. The application allowed the public to submit information regarding consumer product defects and allowed CPSC to process the information and determine what actions need to be taken to avoid potential injuries. The application was written in C# .NET with SQL Server as the backend.

• Led the development effort on FGIS Official Service Provider Licensing (FOL) using C# .NET with SQL Server. FOL facilitates the electronic authorization and licensing of personnel.• Led the Inspection Testing and Weighing (ITW) development effort using C# .NET with SQL Server. ITW captures results for the testing and weighing of grain, rice, pulses, graded commodities, and processed commodities. ITW supports both stand-alone and web-based formats. • Solely developed Custom Information Management (CIM) using C# .NET with SQL Server and wrote QTP test scripts for its automated testing. CIM holds information about either individuals or companies for which USDA Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) provides services. • Developed browser-based and stand-alone application Certificates (CRT) using C#.NET with SQL Server. CRT allows entry of inspection and weighing information, as well as test results for immediate (browser-based version) or deferred transmission (stand-alone version) to the Inspection Data Warehouse (IDW) application.

• Developed Blackboard’s Learning System .NET using C#.NET and SQL Server. Solely developed Gradebook, Announcement, Content Exchange, Course Reporting, and License Manager components. Made great contributions to Assessment, Admin, and Installer components.• Added internationalization pieces to Learning System 6’s .NET APIs• Gave seminars at the Blackboard Building Block Developers’ Conference at Georgetown University of Washington, D.C., and the Zayed University of Dubai in the United Arabic Emirates on how to create Building Blocks in C# .NET using Blackboard’s .NET APIs.

• Developed an internationalized web application (ePortaro) using C#.NET that can work with both SQL Server and Oracle as backend. The application allows members of a college community to collect and share portfolios with faculty, students, and external parties. ePortaro has been installed at Stanford University, Drexel University, and NASPA along with several others in Holland. • Assessed and analyzed the ability of the University of Stanford’s Residential and Dining Enterprise Information System group’s ability to meet their short-term and long-term goals. Provided initiatives that allow the Information System group to better allocate their resources.• Participated in the conceptual design of a new housing assignment system for the Housing Assignment Services of Stanford University. The new housing assignment system will replace the current mainframe version.
