I am working in Syngene International as Senior Executive for BMP5 where you are working for diffferent CDMO projects like stem cells, ZeneoAq, Zoitius. Here along with aseptic handling, I also got opportunity to manage people in my shift, planning shift activities and making the work done. Here I have worked for SOPs, gap assessments, BMRs, Technical protocol preparation and reviews, batch planning, bioreactors modifications, etc.

I was working there as Manufacturing associate in Mammalian Cell culture for Upstream process where I was working for manufacturing of Sputnik light vaccine for Covid-19. There I got opportunity to work single use technologies with complete upstream process for the vaccine manufacturing from generation of viral seed and cell culture for commercial manufacturing of the vaccine at scales of 200L SUB, 500L SUB, 2000L SUB. Even I have actively contributed for commissioning and qualification of Cell Culture Manufacturing facility where I have contributed for qualification of Depth Filtration System, Viral Inactivation System, 2000L SUB,etc.

I have worked on stock management, equipment readiness and calibration for day to day activities. Also have worked as team for maintaining stocks of media, feeds, trace elememts,etc for daya to day activities. Even worked for lab scale bioreactor of 1 L scale for project like Bmab-100,Bmab-200. Completing experiments on time, report writing and interaction with cross functional team for understanding the experiments completely and reporting same to the reporting manager for further discussion and conclusions
