Responsibilities:-coordinate work of subcontractors at site-preparing project with calculation,time schedule- ordering and preparing detail schedule of delivery for material and goods to the site-cost accounting of project- supervision budget- supervision work according to norm- control of subcontractor according to schedule - coordinate work with client and other contractor- preparing final documentation-make arrangements with the client and designers-preparing settlement protocol for site and subcontractor.

Project : Koksan Pet Packaging Industry Unit Responsibilities:-planning work programme and coordination subcontrcutors at site-preparing project with calculation,time schedule-ordering and preparing detail schedule of delivery for material and goods to the site-cost accounting of project-supervision budget

•A Quantity Surveyor responsible for the production and monitoring of schedule and cost across the different sites. Ensures accurate reporting and analysis of project position against baseline to meet client requirements•Ensuring that all design work that is produced on a project is of a sufficient quality to avoid any errors or rework.•Preparing work programme,monitoring and inspectingall construction works and ensuring conformance to design specifications.•Setting up project procedures and relevant quality forms.•Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.

• Responsible for analysing, monitoring and ensuring quality of site civil works such as • Organizing toolbox and informing workers about speciation and quality assurance of activities• Plan and organize special crossings method of statements and implement all the quality control and assurance requirements

• Preparing work programme,monitoring and inspectingall construction works and ensuring conformance to design specifications.• Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.• Providing support in the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates and contract documentation
