Responsible for the day-to-day tactical marketing efforts of the conference product.Manage, execute, document, and maintain all event product marketing and publishing plans including management of: email marketing, direct mailings, internal and external advertising, list rentals, public relation efforts, etc. Maintain plans on a weekly basis so they give a snapshot of the current activities.Assist in production for all event marketing collateral materials including: brochures, postcards, print advertisements, Web banners, Web site images, signage, email templates, etc.Create, execute, manage a competitor evaluation program and incorporate this intelligence into our marketing model.Maintain the publishing and event product Web sites and execute new site builds, content updates, banner advertisements, enhancements, and incidents.
