-Set up and operate various machines including CNC-Build and assemble dies and components from blue prints and solid works for the press

-Guide, train, mentor, and provide direction to junior machine operators-Program and operate equipment in the Metal Shop-Develop and implement improvement ideas to increase operational equipment efficiency-Reduce waste by minimizing setup times by planning the forming of parts with similar features-Minimize bottlenecks and increase production efficiency by shifting to operate spot welding equipment to meet production needs-Educate, train, and implement 5s methodology-Analyze losses in production and implement solutions-Work with engineers on new projects and recommend the proper resources and rates needed-Plan and schedule production jobs using ERP system

-Assemble Fan wheels weighing up to xxx lbs.-Review and test new fan designs to ensure that they meet or exceed design specifications.-Cross-trained in shipping to become familiarized with finished goods.
