Accomplishments- Led the team of 8 consultants to successful plan/execute & deliver large revenue-driving projects with significant value to the business. - Started working on a POC to implement some of the operational reporting functionality that currently exists in legacy system to a Hadoop based server solution in Sept 2013. - Designed and created a spring based webservice to provide access to ACH data to other front end applications & also created a distributed computing system to process and provide task updates to the front end application users. - Successfully lead the application architecture setup of ACXIS Phase1 including collaborating closely with infrastructure team for server, BigIP, 3DNS setup and configuration of webserver to work with Siteminder for single sign on. - Improved the performance by using cost based optimization for the queries being using in iBatis ORM tool of the web application using IBM Visual Explain.- Participated in business functional and non functional requirement gathering and mapped requirements to efficient design- Introduced automated application monitoring functionality in the application to send email to support group in event of any error and a daily summary error email. - Designed an “Application testing and support tool” to allow development team to be able to test application interfaces after code install without any dependency on interfacing application. - Designed and implemented framework to generate test data for Decision Engine application in development stage before interfacing application was ready.
